1, skein dyeing

The spun yarn or filament is converted into a skein which is joined together by a frame on a skein, and then dyed by dipping in various forms of dyeing machines, that is, skein dyeing.

2, cheese dyeing

Winding the spun yarn or filament on a bobbin with a perforated eye (requires appropriate and uniform winding density, generally referred to as “loose tube”), and then it is placed on the dyeing machine carrier (also known as flat plate, Dyeing column (also known as gauze, skein, etc.) is placed in the dyeing machine of the cheese, and the dyeing liquid penetrates between the yarn or fiber of the cheese by the action of the main pump. Cycling, the way to achieve dyeing is the dyeing of the cheese.

3, warp beam dyeing

According to the hue and quantity requirements of the warp yarn of the color fabric, the raw yarn is wound on a perforated coil on a loose warping machine to form a loose warp beam (which can be regarded as a large bobbin), and then it is dyed. On the carrier of the machine, and placed in the warp beam dyeing machine, by the action of the main pump, the dyeing liquid is circulated between the warp yarns or the fibers to realize the dip dyeing, so as to obtain a uniform color warp yarn. 4, warp beam padding

The warp beam padding is mainly used in the production and processing of denim fabrics. It introduces a certain number of thin shafts into each dyeing tank, and after repeated multi-dip, multi-rolling, and multiple air oxidization, dyeing of indigo (or vulcanization, reduction, direct, coating) dyes is realized. After pre-drying and then sizing, a uniform color warp yarn can be obtained, which can be directly used for weaving. The dyeing tank during warping of the warp may be a plurality of (sheet machine) or one (ring machine), and the equipment used in combination with the sizing is called a sheet-like pulping machine.

5, yarn bundle padding (ball dyed)

This is also a special dyeing method for denim warp yarns. The dyeing process is to first bundle 400 to 500 raw yarns into a spherical shape, and then dye several yarns (such as 12 bundles, 18 bundles, 24 bundles, 36 bundles) in multiple dyes. The tank is repeatedly immersed, multi-rolled, and permeable to air for several times to realize the dyeing of indigo dye, and then divide and sizing. Acrylic tows can also be subjected to yarn bundle padding.
